Rich has been the Treasurer of the Lamprey Arts & Culture Alliance since June of 2022.Professionally, he is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC), and IRS Enrolled Agent. He is an independent financial advisor and the founder of FairTaxPlanning, LLC, a local tax planning and preparation business. In addition to the Millspace, Rich is also the Treasurer of Temple Israel in Portsmouth, serves on the Jewish Federation of New Hampshire board and is a Trustee of their Foundation.
