IGNITE IS TONIGHT! FINAL SPEAKER LIST ANNOUNCED!

Millspace is excited to kick off the 2017 season Ignite! Bringing Ignite back to Millspace is an incredible opportunity to continue to be inspired by people in our community that are living their passions and making a difference in their lives and of those around them and impacting the world.

The doors open at 7pm with live music from Sam Southworth, a cash bar, and a gallery reception for astrophotographer Ed Ting.

A line up of creative, courageous, and inspiring speakers follows at 8pm. Hosted by John Herman.

FINAL SPEAKERS:

Christine Balling
Freelance journalist founder of a the nonprofit Fundación ECCO which promotes democracy and youth leadership in areas of conflict.

Ed Ting
Astrophotographer and professor. Ed’s work is featured in this month’s gallery.

Heidi Bellamente
Coach and co-founder of Hell Yeah Projects, a company who’s goal is to inspire a million projects that rock this world.

Paul Bellefeuille
SAG-AFTRA actor. Film credits include Ghostbusters, Super Trooper 2, & The Discovery.

Erica Skoglund
Puppeteer and actor, spreading the word to local schools on behalf of Haven and assault victims.

Cole Gove
Artist, graphic design, screen printing. Owner of T-shirt Beardo

ABOUT MILLSPACE

Our civic center includes a theater, lobby, gallery, information desk, meeting room, and large function area. Plans are underway to add more amenities and programming to the space. We welcome you to get involved!

If you had five minutes on stage what would you say? What if you only had 20 slides and they transitioned automatically every 15 seconds? Around the world people have been putting together “Ignite” nights to share ideas and passions.
