Looking for the perfect space for your special event? Millspace is available to rent.

Consider us for all your event needs including workshops, film series, trade shows and receptions. Millspace provides an industrial chic setting for any event. With its high ceilings and open-concept floor plan, the space provides the flexibility to accommodate the needs of most any group. With your vision, the space can be transformed into anything from a lecture hall to a masquerade ball. You can choose from a menu of options or you can rent the space “as is” and bring in your own decorations, lighting and sound.

There are three categories of events at Millspace. These include: A straight rental, a co-produced event or a Millspace signature event.

A Straight Rental: This is your private event, it simply needs to be approved by the head of the programming committee. You will be asked to provide a description and title for your event, and an additional insured certificate will be required. Millspace can recommend vendors for catering, audio visual and furniture rental. Millspace can provide a bar service for a party fee. There is no sale or serving of alcohol except via the Millspace liquor license or an outside caterer who holds a liquor license. It’s the law.
A Co-Production: We love to partner with other cultural organizations who are looking for a home. If you have a co-production to propose simply fill out the program proposal. Let us know what resources you think you will need and other details about your event. The Millspace executive committee will review your proposal and let you know if we can co-produce the event. A co-production includes sharing revenue, expenses and responsibilities.
A Signature Event: We have a bunch of energetic and creative folks on our board and our committees, and we produce signature Millspace events anywhere from 6 to 12 times per year. These include programs like the Ignite Speaker Event, the Harvest Dinner and the Christmas Radio Production.
